香港於7月中爆發新冠肺炎第三波疫情前，科大商學院二年級學生馮紀寧經常與救世軍露宿者綜合服務的員工一起在晚間進行外展服務，向無家者派發食物和生活必需品，有時多達每周三次，但因疫情嚴重，近來不得不減至每周一次。
