Department of Mathematics - Seminar on Pure Mathematics - Conifold theory and gap conjecture
We introduce Huang-Klemm-Quackenbush's physics approach to the higher genus Gromov-Witten invariants, and the motivation to consider conifold theory for the quintic threefold.

Department of Mathematics - Seminar on Pure Mathematics - BCOV's Feynman rule for quintic threefold
We will introduce BCOV's B-model Feynman rule and its A-model approach. BCOV's Feynmann rule involves the notions of geometric quantization, normalize basis, propagators, etc.

Department of Mathematics - Seminar on Pure Mathematics - Atiyah Class and Sheaf Counting on Local Calabi Yau 4 folds
We discuss Donaldson-Thomas (DT) invariants of torsion sheaves with 2 dimensional support on a smooth projective surface in an ambient non-compact Calabi Yau fourfold given by the total space of a rank 2 bundle on the surface.
