Department of Mathematics - Seminar on Pure Mathematics - Some recent progress on permutation polynomials (Part II)
In this talk, we will introduce a general procedure for producing large classes of permutation polynomials over F_{q^2} from any prescribed permutation rational function over F_q, and we will show that even the simplest permutation rational functions yield many interesting

Department of Mathematics - PhD Student Seminar - An analytical approach to the curvature dependent chiral domain wall velocity
It is observed in experiments that changing the sign of the curvature of a nanowire changes the speed of domain walls dramatically. However, a satisfying explanation of the relationship between the domain speed and curvature is still lacking.

Department of Mathematics - PhD Student Seminar - Realization of Algebraic Families of Harish-Chandra Modules in the Hydrogen Atom
The Harish-Chandra module plays an essential role in the study of representation theory, and its family version is introduced by Joseph Bernstein in an algebro-geometric way.
